Quotes and agreements

Prices on this website are starting prices. Every project receives a written quote describing its scope, price, timeline and payment milestones. The written quote, once accepted, governs the project.

Payments

Projects are paid in milestones as described in the quote. Work on the next milestone begins once the previous payment is received.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the source code, designs, domain and content created for your project. Third-party software, plugins and services remain subject to their own licences.

Support

Each plan includes a free support period after launch, as stated in your quote. Support after that period is available through a maintenance plan or at an agreed hourly rate.

Results shown in case studies describe individual projects and are not a guarantee of the results your business will achieve.
